Oktapod terms
Effective 3 October 2026 · Developer: Edi Hasaj
Your runtime and accounts
Oktapod runs on a computer you control. Use only accounts, files, and devices you own or have permission to access. You control the runtime's security, connected providers, schedules, approvals, and any standing authority. Keep your access credentials private and review consequential actions before approving them.
Software and connected services
The runtime's software license and its third-party notices govern use of the software. Connecting an AI provider, Google app, or another service also requires compliance with that service's terms. Any provider charges are paid under your agreement with that provider. An Oktapod connection does not include a paid provider subscription.
AI output and actions
AI output can be incorrect. Check facts and review drafts and proposed changes before relying on them. Approval controls depend on the policy and authority configured on your runtime. Stop or revoke work when you no longer want it to continue.
Hosted connection services
Optional sign-in and notification services depend on the connected provider and network availability. Provider permissions, review requirements, quotas, or outages can interrupt a connection. You can stop using these services and revoke access through the provider's account controls.
Privacy and contact
See Google connections privacy and mobile privacy for data handling and deletion. Contact support@oktapod.ai with questions.
